This one was a delight to draw but a real pig to get started on the painting, think everything is mostly blocked in now. Wanted to go for a sort of 1920s picturebook vibe, weighing up of I'm gonna make it a riso print or a screen print, or both? Flats for the border and halftone for the painting.
