Het debat gister liet weer zien: wat de uitkomst va de verkiezingen ook zijn, welke coalitie het ook oplevert: Zwarte en bruine mensen, ongedocumenteerd, statushouder of zoveelste generatie Nederlander… We zijn niet veilig bij machtspartijen die onze aanwezigheid als onderhandelbaar zien!

Het gaat véél te weinig over de klimaatcrisis. Miljardairs als John de Mol zijn het probleem, die hun zakken vullen met ophits-TV en radicaal rechts groot proberen te maken.

En de even racistische hondenfluit ‘ik herken mijn eigen buurt niet meer’ gaat áltijd over de aanwezigheid van bruine en zwarte mensen, nóóit over hoe laatstgenoemden veranderingen in hún buurt ervaren. We zijn decor, hooguit figuranten, alsof we rechteloos zijn en geen Nederlands verstaan.

Ik kan mijn ogen niet geloven. Het ergste tuig dat het heeft over een 'veilige, vrije en respectvolle samenleving'. Genocidefetisjisten en Nijman, die op de ochtend van Hafids overlijden betreurde dat ik niet dood was.
