Having a bit of caregiver PTSD... 4 weeks ago I had to call 911 for a med emergency for my clients family. It's was quite upsetting. They've now been home for 2 weeks and had a weird episode right at bed time. My heart rate went thru the roof...now I can't settle down to sleep. Bit worried.

It's so disorienting to have a dream at night that I'm with someone and feel so contented and calm with them...and then wake up, know who the person is, and have no relationship with them at all. Why brain? Why??

Client didn't sleep well, anxious over stuff...I suggest a rest and am lectured about how they cant nap and never have and never will. 5 mins later...sound asleep in the chair sitting up. 🤷
