I gave this talk on why we can't make simple software and now I've spent a month in the guts of my once-simple software trying to tidy things up. Let's reflect a bit on the specifics of where I went wrong (and maybe a little of what's going right) in this library's (automerge-repo) architecture.

Sketchpad: fun with text

A folder of all the files for a project is perfect context to feed to an AI. When the “project” is spread across cloud silos (Figma, Notion, Dropbox…) it’s harder to gather all relevant info. Interesting to consider what this implies!
