That's so neat - I've been seeing the discourse around automated PDS activity management for spam bots, and I just got "targeted" myself. By the time I went to report and block it, the operation failed because it had already been blocked and deleted. Super neat 🚀

When something like npmx.dev that genuinely touches and potentially drastically changes so many areas of a developer’s life, I always wonder how much the ripples of celebration touch the day to day lives of “blue collar workers”, devs and execs outside of the community.

npmx.dev is a much needed breath of fresh air in the packages registry space, baked by a battle tested set of maintainers and an incredibly passionate community along side of atproto builders. If you like to bet on alpha software from time to time - npmx has all the green flags you need 😉

Welp, I’ve circled back to ElysiaJS - there’s still nothing else that integrates as fully with Bun. I ended up fixing my main issue with Tailwind and Kita by dissecting both their processes and writing a plugin that ties together runtime templates with Tailwind’s parser.

Welp, it turns out Solid's (or Vinxi's ?) SSR workers still run in NodeJS so utilizing Bun's SQL or S3 pieces won't work still. Uh.. back to the drawing board.

Just had oxc.rs minify a GitHub action built with @rolldown.rs: went from around 430kb down to 8kb which felt incredible. Modern build tools are rad 🔥

Bun’s interop and native bindings (like S3) are fantastic. Without their magic tooling, I wouldn’t have figured out the system design gaps for @atplay.blue as fast.

I've thrown this "stacks" app together to test how easy it'd be to derive from @npmx.dev's lexicon and display up-to-date tools or tech stacks - especially if they'd be open to expand their likes lexicon (wink wink 🤭). Turns out, pretty easy!

I've been enjoying piecing together an app on atproto over the last few weeks of 2025. It's called atplay.blue - think YouTube Playables, but (hopefully) integrated with the broader atproto ecosystem.

It's a bit weird installing a binary from Google, like the new Antigravity IDE, I just realized. Most of their products are browser-based, since they've pushed so hard for the Web to "win".

This is exciting news! If GPUI is about to become a general purpose Rust UI framework with currently Mac & Linux, also Windows (and maybe Web 0_o) support in the making, it’s bound to create a ripple in the field; @zed.dev is a great example of how much it’s already capable of!

Disallowing pasting passwords from clipboard and especially blocking the ability for password managers to autofill passwords should be mocked at this point in time. Not only does it discourage strong passwords, it actively deters customers from signing up for your service.
