Just read a fellow woman physician's account of showing up in the ED with pulse=150 & rigors - screamed at/told to stop being anxious/waited in the waiting room for hours collapsed on the floor - finally diagnosed with sepsis NOT anxiety. We need to stop treating women this way. It's not hysteria.
