I really have no problem with nepotism when it comes to the Arts. If someone is talented I really don't care. I do mind nepotism in other fields where people get jobs or other benefits when they are supremely unqualified from other shitty unqualified people with no talent.

Somebody can be a real asshole and bake a very delicious cake but I hate when people are going oh that cake was made by an asshole so it's actually really disgusting and they didn't do a good job and it's terrible. Sometimes shitty people make good things and that's what sucks
