The charging port of one of my trackers came off last night. I tried to put it back in place but failed and damaged the port itself in doing so. So this is how I fixed it ultimately. It's not stupid if it works, I guess?

Today I found out that Steam will hide and prevent negative reviews from affecting the average when a game is being review bombed. This is on by default. I prefer seeing all reviews since bombing is often a sign the dev did something dumb. Luckily the setting can be changed. Here's how to do it.

And yes, I'm aware that ads that won't progress unless you actively look at them are nothing new, but usually they have been used on more dodgy websites than a mainstream streaming platform like Twitch. Aggressive techniques like these only further justify the use of ad blockers.

"Device hoarding" is a wild way to call realizing you don't need a new phone every 2 years. I'm one of those weirdos who loved curved edge screens and hates punch hole cameras so I'm still perfectly happy with my oneplus from 2019

Hopefully the final version of my DIY babble face tracker. Better design for the light diffusers which are now printed out of clear resin. I also fitted the camera module with a 850nm band pass filter to prevent it from seeing visible light, hopefully resulting in more stable tracking
