Looking back, I've been presenting about #SciArt in an official/pro capacity for way more than 20 years and that's kind of cool to look back on, and esp look back on how my approach has changed/grown/evolved.

Just saw this one: youtu.be/XvcIrWbHf1c?... Got me thinking about Cyclocross last night and how I went from pedaling to snapping intentional photos (sure it was with a digital camera but it had a shutter AND A MIRROR, no computational stuff) the dovetail with yesterday's ADHD dive with Rob Warner

Forgot to mention, these are the in-camera generated jpgs and yeah they took a long time to process but the camera let me keep going eventually catching up. Still haven't looked at the raw, but I'm looking forward to comparing them with unedited and LR edited versions (when I have time)

There were still a handful blooming this morning so I collected a handful of them and am preparing them for the SEM. Fun fact, the primary fix makes the petals white! There's no color in the electron microscope so no big deal but it was a shock to check on it and see white petals!
