one of the funniest things about Bloodlines 2 is that if you upset the local police it plays siren and helicopter sound effects to try and trick you into thinking a pursuit is happening (there aren't any moving vehicles in the entire game and cops just start spawning in front of you)

The latter - it's technically far more stable than launch Cyberpunk but just completely unsalvageable on a fundamental design level.
