going away again. doing worse than ever and I can't keep trying to carry on like this. I've lost myself, my mind, and the people closest to me, and there's no way out on my own anymore. going to get professional help and intervention because shit feels bleaker than ever. I'll be back eventually.

My already increasingly difficult to manage mental state has hit a wall and I just can’t do it anymore. I know that if I try to keep the people I care about I won’t be able to pull myself out in a way that sticks and we’ll both be miserable. I needed it stop.

Oh boy…So somehow it’s starting to seem like the most viable option for what I want to do is to literally convert the audio files spectrogram to an image file, opening it in photoshop and editing it with a whole lot of math, then converting the edited image back to an audio file.

I’m helping a friend with their album by contributing a bunch of unconventional sound design, and I came up with an idea that I was incredibly proud of until I got to the where I needed to manually edit the spectrograms of 30+ different recordings.
