Found out they had done an assessment of my medical history before seeing the psychiatrist and denied me medical frailty bc they deemed me able to still do tasks. Even though I was struggling to leave the house and dealing with anxiety and major depression. Love that for me.

I don't understand why I'm not classed as medically fragile anymore. Morning has changed. Infact I think my mental health is worse now than it was then. I hate this shit. I hate not being able to leave the house because everything outside scares me. I hate not being able to work. I hate myself.
