Fantastic event this morning in Charlotte. Representatives spoke with their local labor constituents at the annual CMLC legislative breakfast. Unions were in the house today, and the hype about our 25-26 Legislative Agenda is REAL!

Enormously corrupt and exactly what we warned about. Last time Trump was president, he illegally refused to spend money for Ukraine trying to extort them into doing a sham investigation into Biden. Now he’s threatening to illegally withhold aid to Maine unless it does what he wants.

On Thursday, we honored the Haitian Bridge Alliance for their relentless fight for immigrant families. The very next day, the Trump administration moved to strip Temporary Protected Status from 500,000+ Haitians. This is a cruel and direct attack on working people.

"We'll see you in court" should be how we greet this administration from now on.

Makes sense.

It appears irony is not dead after all.

The DOGE firings have nothing to do with “efficiency” or “cutting waste.” They’re a direct push to weaken federal agencies perceived as liberal. This was evident from the start, and now the data confirms it: targeted agencies overwhelmingly those seen as more left-leaning. 🧵⬇️
