Wrasses and parrotfish (family Labridae) are among the most diverse lineages of reef fishes on earth. A new study sheds light on Labridae diversification during the Miocene. Painting reef fish is so rewarding because I get to use some vibrant colors. Hello, turquoise and magenta!
