Ever since I started doing the #mermay drawings these days I’m feeling better about my coloring. I kinda hated how I’ve been doing that in the past few years. But looking at these fast-paced challenge results I’m regaining some confidence about my art.

What is the scientific explanation for my linework looking better when I work in Clip Studio than in Procreate? It makes no goddamn sense. On procreate it should mimic drawing on paper more closely than CSP, where I use a 10 yo tablet (no screen). Is because of muscle memory? Habit?
