New sketch! Here is a Plague Maiden, mythological entity from Polish & Lithuanian myths that was said to appear before the plague befell a town. Played Witcher 3 a year ago & thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The character appeared frequently for Geralt to defeat in his journey

Another sketch I made in between waiting for feedback, a Banshee; A female spirit in Irish or Scottish folklore, who heralds death by shrieking or wailing. Her name is connected to the mythologically important Tumuli/Burial Mounds that are present in the Irish countryside.

While waiting for feedback between freelance projects, I like to keep the creative momentum going with sketching. Here's a depiction of a Nure-Onna — a supernatural entity from Japanese folklore. This Yokai is said to have the head of a woman and the body of a snake. 1/2

A Satyr, painted for Monte Cook Games some years ago! I spent additional attention to the gesture and expression, something I was practicing a lot at the time.

My interpretation of Baron Harkonnen from Dune, early 2024. Wanted to push my design skills spending additional attention to the costume and mechanical appendages. Narrative elements like the pipe smoking Spice are aspects that hopefully add to the character as well.
