Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto stuffed with spinach, ricotta, parmesan, and garlic. Served with roasted asparagus with lemon and rice pilaf. Topped with a lemon,butter white wine sauce. It's a favorite.

Happy Sunday sky pilots. Today is the Lord's day for those who celebrate. It's also national hemp day for those who celebrate. Weekend wasn't crazy at work but still looking forward to a few days off. It's national homemade soup day. That might be my goal for today, finding frozen soup I've saved. ☮️

Sky pilots it's Saturday. Go to Costco and then wash the salt off your car. Get a carrot cake at Costco because today is national carrot cake day. Uncle Mark likes it quite goodly if your in my neighborhood. Today is national female physician day. I've had several women doctors that were amazing.

These are chili labor of love nachos. I made chili a couple days ago. So I dress each chip indivually with pepper jack, guacamole, sour cream and tomato. Fresh lime squeezed over it all. They are so damn good.
