Im debating getting a personal trainer. Is it worth it?

Since changing diet to be less calories per day with more of them focused on protein: i have dropped 4-5 lbs, focus is a bit better, am tired more frequently. (This is in addition to some additional exercise) Added some gym memberships to my pass so i have less excuses 😤
