Natural chicle gum round two! The flavor this time is blue raspberry lemonade. I applied what I learned last time and it made the process (and cleanup) much easier. Flavor and sourness last much longer. Super happy with the result.

First batch of chicle gum! Custom sour apple blend with a punch of malic acid. Tastes awesome. The pasta machine worked flawlessly for shredding the gum. I made some mistakes during the process that made things take a bit longer, but I learned a lot for my next attempt. Excited to do more

Been thinking about getting into gum making as a hobby. I keep seeing new all-natural chicle gums and stuff but all the flavors are like "mint dirt" and "grass + pine needles". Idk man.
