Indeed, Sweden loves suggestions. Speeding limit compliance somewhere around 50% - drivers presumably toss a coin each time to make a decision to speed. Also, the outcome is unfair as the more arrogant and unadjusting enjoy partial benefits at no contribution, and vice versa.

We need more areas without cars (in cities and outside). Of course bike lanes are needed if we insist on letting cars in everywhere. But the latter shouldn't be an unchallenged assumption.

That's why often the snow from the road ends up on the bike paths and nobody clears it again... Same goes for snow piles at the crossings created by ploughing roads after bike/ped paths.
