My birthday is this week. I know times are rough around the holidays for everyone, but i would love to be a little less stressed about meeting basic needs and figuring out new year housing on my birthday week♥️💕

if any of you spent even a fraction of the time you spend complaining about paywalls on hating billionaires instead, and pushing for legislation that stops them from destroying every creative industry, it might not change anything, but you *would* become a better person.

Haven’t wanted to talk publicly about it but i have been experiencing a really rough time with my health this last month and had to take a break from working gigs and so things are just really tight again. Anything helps. ♥️ Venmø: @ ThatChingy Cashąpp: $Bamchi Paypąl: DM me

The reason Silent Hill 3 is better than Silent Hill 2 is because we already had had Lost Highway but we never gave Laura Palmer a gun before

It almost feels greedy but there are some The Last Waltz concert songs i do kinda get annoyed aren’t in the film for how good they are on the record. Like i I wanna see Rick blast thru “This Wheels On Fire” or see Richard and Levon harmonizing on “King Harvest”. It sounds crazy

The holidays are here and there’s something they keep making me think about: former Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol immediately failing to get away with imposing martial law this time last year, being impeached within two weeks and incarcerated within a month. I CANNOT stop laughing

RIP to MEL magazine, the only outlet that would ever dare to commission nea to write this story and the only one that would ever allow me to say something like this for it

It’s still insane to me how well “Ryuichi Sakamoto theme of a Nagisa Oshima prisoner of war film but covered in R&B style with lyrics about sipping chardonnay and being your señorita” works. It really works. She says “ching-a-ling” no less than 4 times. And it works goddamnit.

Important Q: In which Final Fantasy game would you be most likely to encounter The Grinch as a combattable NPC? The easy answer to me is VI but i think we owe it to ourselves to probe this issue further

The Ill-Fated ‘Taxi Driver’ Video Game That Never Was
At the height of the ‘Grand Theft Auto’ craze, someone thought it was a great idea to turn the Scorsese classic into a first-person shooter. They couldn’t have been more wrong

Tatsuya Nakadai was one of the most prolific actors to ever grace cinema. Few other performers are vital to as many greatest films of all time as he was. When one thinks of Japanese post-war cinema, it’s inevitably his visage, his voice, his presence that come to mind

one of the reasons THE SHROUDS is fantastic because it is so clearly and totally an exorcism of VERTIGO’s cinematic ethos while doubling its plot. It’s that greatest of films in negative image

In retrospect, maybe a 10 hour day of production work with lots of lifting, climbing stairs, and standing was not the wisest intro back to the workforce for me after a near year of unemployment, couchsurfing and body pain. Felt good to work but muscles are all screaming at me

Ok, just rolled credits on Death Stranding 2. For me, DS2 as a game is fun enough and meditative in a way i enjoyed but still had lots of problems that make me think i wont post-game too much, BUT I really loved it visually and as work of interactive narrative art. Maybe my 3rd favorite Kojima story
