I'm watching the final episodes of #TheStaircase (doc, not Colin Firth show), and it's so striking how different David (the lead counsel) is in his interactions with Michael when he's doing it all pro bono (grudgingly) after his release. I would be like, "I thought we were friends? 😭"

Do you have friends or family that are NOT mentally ill? I have a couple, and they are so much more capable and organized and thoughtful and not-flaky, and as I think about this, I'm getting mad. It's unfair! But I try to remember that when I'm comparing myself and telling myself I suck.

Well, I still don't have a driver's license, because beyond 2 years expired, you have to take the driving test again, so that's in May. Last time I did this was [redacted] years ago! But I do have a learner's permit.🤣 They told me I need a licensed driver with me at all times, and I said:

I decided to go to the ballet with my friend and her daughter tomorrow, which will be fun. But it's made me feel like I'm forgetting something I have to do today. Just pre-social anxiety, I guess. Here's a video of my last ballet recital performance as a teen, before I hurt my back.

Book buying dilemma: I already have multiple copies of both Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights. Jane Eyre is my favorite book. I already have the below version of WH. Should I buy the below version of JE just to have it? Is this hoarding?

People should actually GO to the library and read physical books more. Just looked up a book I'd like to read, there's 1 hold on the physical copies, but about 80-100+ for the ebook and e-audiobook. Come on, people. (Makes it easier for me, though!) 💙📚
