Anyone else ever noticed that the "most powerful country in the world" shifts when power generation shifts and the previous country refuses to change? We could be doing this, but we aren't, because it's easier to let people with petro-wealth ride that pony all the way into the ground.

Never forget that local ordinances can create change when the state refuses to or can't! We should be advocating at the city and county level too.

Really curious what Republican electeds think voters care about. Pretty sure it's the economy and their healthcare. (Also, this is devastating and not confined to Georgia. It was just also avoidable if anyone with an R after their name had a spine.)

If there's anything the last fifteen months have taught us, it's that there's plenty of "something" for everyone to do. Do what you can. Make a start. Don't worry about everything, just start with something.

A, good news that someone is protecting trans kids, who deserve a kinder world, and B, "unserious" sums up the entire pack of clowns in the administration. It's the icing on the sundae of their corruption, stupidity, cruelty, substance abuse problems, all of that - they are also unserious people.

Washington's problems are bigger than our short #WALeg sessions can address. Not only that, but when you make lawmakers part-time and underpaid, you ensure that only the independently wealthy can hold office. How about a trade? #WALeg works full time for us & they get paid a normal wage.

We're going to keep mail-in voting and we're going to use it to hold the administration accountable in the midterms. The federal government has exactly zero authority over the manner of elections. It's right in the Constitution. Not that anyone in the administration's read that.

If Starbucks wants Seattle to love them, Starbucks can love us first. A big way to show that love is to stop standing in the way of unions. *Microsoft* can be neutral when employees want to unionize, so can Starbucks (instead of threatening us with Tennessee).
