Went back to 2023 pitch usage, plus added 2 MPH to his fastball (cutter). The pitch also had better shape and better zone rate. Curveball also had better locations. Increased sinker usage worked last year, not sure if it’s effective long term. The sweeper usage could improve.

LAD, AZ, BOS, and PHI may all have the same closer situation. The top lefty is the primary closer/leverage guy, and will be used against opponents top LH bat and/or the middle of the order. The top righty will get whichever inning has the most righties or the bottom of the order.

Ryan Borucki also shouldn’t be slept on. He’s had trouble staying healthy, but he’s been great for the Pirates when on the mound. From 2023-today: 54.1 IP, 3.31 ERA (3.26 SIERA), 0.92 WHIP 19.7% K-BB is kind of meh but the 32.9% CSW, 14.8% SwStr, and 43.6% Z-O rates are solid!

With Bednar being sent down to AAA…make sure Dennis Santana isn’t available still in your league!
