Really enjoying the sign on the lavatory door in my parents' church, which says: "Jesus Christ has washed away your sins but you still need to wash your hands"

"...I am a hater, which is a kind of integrity." "...I am more than a critic: I am a hater." "I am here to be rude, because this is a rude technology, and it deserves a rude response." EVERY LINE IS A GEM. 1/

you shouldn’t talk to a journalist about how people in need of abortions access them when abortions are outlawed, and this is no different. shutting the fuck up is free.

A lot of people come into the games industry and pretty soon develop a cynical attitude that the industry is largely run by business guys who don't know a thing about video games. It's only after a few years and some seniority that you realize that those guys don't know shit about business either.

The government's position on single sex spaces is short sighted, reactionary, functionally unworkable and it's going to bite them in the arse. Yes, it's not going to be easy. But we won last time by reminding a Labour government they are bound to international law, and if needs be we'll do it again.

When the Patriot Act was passed, libraries got requests for patrons’ borrowing history. We were prohibited from disclosing those requests. We deleted and shredded those records and stopped tracking reading history for that reason. ALSO.

Yeah, using AI to write your book is embarrassing, but not nearly as embarrassing as leaving the ChatGPT prompt response in your published copy
