Playing pip-heavy 3-4 color decks with no fetches or shocks might be my favorite way to jam. Budget mana bases are still solid, even if you *occasionally* can't double spell in a way that's *optimal*. Anyway, 3-mana legends with 3 non-hybrid pips make me happy, send skeet

Albums that I really appreciated this year. Architects made a super solid return to form this year. I Prevail ditched their clean vocalist and wrote a surprisingly solid and heavy album. I had written this band off. nothing,nowhere. was perfect as always. Silvertein's dual album is chef's kiss 👌

Last night, our party's first real encounter led to a would-be TPK. Not gonna lie, I had not expected this 🤣 I based it loosely off of an intro encounter from a starter kit, but I couldn't anticipate the enemies rolling FOUR nat 20s, three of them in a row, with 3 different D20s.

My players hired an NPC to aid them on a quest. Grendox, the Flame Reborn is a kobold paladin who worships a celestial dragon goddess of the night sky. He's extremely confident that he's a dragonborn of fire dragon descent that just hasn't hit his growth spurt yet 🤣 I love him to death
