I discovered @nootziq.art the other day and they draw trolls so beautifully and their rendering was so gorgeous it made me to want to try and push my shading more towards proper rendering. Not...entirely sure I achieved that but I'm pretty proud of the attempt none the less. #warcraft #troll

We have finally reached the point in the season where I find myself inadvertently building myself a nest of comforters at my desk and I have no complaints about this until I have to get up for some reason. Then it's like a goddamn rubick's cube trying to get out of the chair.

Okay I know artists have this tendency to fall into imposter/self-hate syndrome when it comes to your own work. So my question is: What do you do to get yourself out of it? Do you find any legitimacy to that feeling and end up reworking or abandoning something rather than powering through?

It only took almost 60 hours, but at least I finally got to Act 3 in Silksong. Where I will likely spend another 100 hours dying over and over again because my hands can't handle all the lightning quick reflexes this game requires. Le sigh. Old gamer problems sure are fun.

This whole thread is so true and relatable. When you have to reinvent your career every 2-5 years on no budget it just feels like a hamster wheel of suck.

A lot of the new singers in Hazbin Hotel sounded extremely familiar and I couldn't figure out why until I realized that yup, that is the singer from the animated Anastasia movie, and also Fall Out Boy. My entire childhood is voicing a cast of foul mouthed horny ass demons and angels. Hell yeah.

Okay I’ve been waiting for Frankenstein by @realgdt.bsky.social since it was announced and my god. See this movie. It’s a very beautifully told tragedy from 3 different perspectives told in a masterfully fulfilling way. My only regret is I was not able to see this in theaters.

I have finally knuckled down and started drawing Chapter 8 for Empire Night and realized that I now have to accept that there is a panel in there which is basically a "sexy back muscles" shot except it's attached to a demonic kangaroo monster. And honestly? Not sorry. #empirenight #comic
