A captured classroom is a classroom that produces more homogenous thinking. This is never great, regardless of at which end of a spectrum the coalescing happens. It is is decisively destructive when the perspectives that are pruned in the process are arguably the more enlightened ones.

Another example of how #biomimicry can be applied to systems and organizations. Schooling and shoaling is entirely self-organized. Instead of following a single leader or being organized across the entire group, individual fish coordinate with those in their proximity.
