Its been an up and down year so far, but even so, I do have something that warms my heart. People who genuinely care about me. Ive been lucky in my life to only have very few people that were "fair weather" and many that have stuck around through it all, and I want you to know, I love you all.

I'm reminded of a quote that's been resonating with me the last couple years. "If you're the same guy you were 10 years ago, then you've just wasted 10 years of your life." Always be evolving and getting better people.
