I mentioned this in the comments to the video but am going to leave it here as well for reference. I play on console & over there we rely on auto-execute options for various ship consoles due to the interface. A number of ship consoles are missing options, making them hard to use on that platform.

On Friday, Travis Stadelman was laid off from STO. He was a fantastic engineer who loved playing Star Trek Online and was passionate about making the game better. He always cared about player feedback. He kept the warp core running and fixed the recent trait/loadout bug. He'll be dearly missed.

As fun as solo's are in STO, it's frustrating waiting 5 minutes between attempts for Tac + Intel Fleet, and the active rep clickies. For anyone doing these runs, basically 80% of your time is spent wasted in space waiting for those cooldowns. Wish they just reset to 0 upon entering/leaving map.
