I may be tired and a little hoarse, but as I said again and again on the Senate floor, this is a moment where we cannot afford to be silent, when we must speak up.

Now that one school has done this, we should expect more grants being withheld followed by more letters and demands sent to research-intensive schools. Public higher education will be impacted, especially with primary and secondary effects on our smaller state schools and two year colleges.
