Adopting a dog probably is one of my best decisions in recent years. But for someone with as much anxiety as me, it's a struggle.

In January 2024 I was considering adopting a dog. I thought about it for a year because it's a big life decision. In January 2025 I finally got a dog. And I love him so much already.
