I realised lately that I almost always either have a tune in my head, or I'm writing one in my head, usually the latter. I think the reason I have a facility with melody is that writing music is the background noise of my brain. I think I'm doing it without realising and sometimes catch myself.

I didn't really like Marathon by the way. At first I thought that it's just that PvPvE isn't for me, but I didn't even like it that much when we didn't encounter other players. It was fiiine, the shooting was good as you may well expect.

Linux adventures update: now I have almost everything working how I like (not without some troubleshooting effort, mind) it's nice how quiet things are here. It just sorta does the things I need. Proton is seamless almost all the time. I'm playing Resi 9, it runs and looks great...
