Babs is screaming in distress because a damselfly landed on her and then flew away before she could eat it, and now she can’t find it, which is, as I’ve heard, very similar to how human 5 year olds act at the slightest of fictional inconvenience

I have to go outside every 15 minutes to check on my stupid chickens because when they get too hot, they sit down. The sitting will occur wherever they were standing when they wanted to sit down. This is often in direct burning sunlight so they need scraping off the floor and rolling into shade

I think probably the worst thing about the weather is I am trying to go on a short vacation with an American friend. We cannot confidently book it whatsoever. The weather is either 12c and hailstorming so much there’s bullethole marks in my plant leaves, or so burning hot we just can’t travel
