Bought an old film camera and didn’t realize I’d have to buy an $80 battery that only lasts 1 month because the batteries it originally used are ILLEGAL to make and own lol

I can’t stand people who are like “oh I wanna be a stripper for one day just to see how much I’d earn” you have no basic training no idea how the clientele moves through a club how to walk in the heels. You don’t have a single routine.

I know they say not to get discouraged by rejections but I just hit 30 and it’s getting to me. I know I didn’t have much versatility as a disabled performer who can’t do tricks and can rarely do floor work but I’m not getting any feedback so I’m left wondering where I’m falling short.

I long to perform. Dancing is in my blood. Twirling fans is my legacy. Burlesque is in my bones. I want to perform every day I want to feel like myself
