We decided to shut down Plumb this week (and I'm ending 5 years at Murmur Labs). We built something special, but it was time to fold up the tent. I'll share more reflections later but for now, my focus is on helping this amazing team find their next home, either together or on their own. 💜

The irony of needing AI to protect me from AI spam is not lost on me. Gmail's spam filter seems like it has officially given up on filtering the flood of AI cold emails.

Someone asked why I don't want to throw little pieces away (offcuts) and I told them I can still use them for things. I made a corner clamp with an off cut and my existing bar clamps. I used it to make a box for offcuts that were too small to rack.
