Just got back from today's protests in my town. The turnout was so impressive and energy was so positive that a smile replaced my RBF the entire time. The response from passing drivers was also resoundingly supportive. I also was reminded how many people have no idea how to navigate a rotary.

It's getting harder to get excited for patches. I want to look forward to them, but without close friends to do the content with anymore, there just doesn't seem to be much point. On the positive side, I did get a bunch of reading and TV watching done this summer.

Guess I got in pretty early! I'm really hoping this platform continues to grow and that enough people finally decide to make the jump to tip the scales away from that other place. But it will require people with a lot of influence leading by example.
