Discovered some evidence to suggest that an Avengers-esq Star Trek TNG movie was discussed with Patrick Stewart post Star Trek Nemesis: www.trekbbs.com/threads/pste... So this musical arrangement could have theoretically been utilized in the proposed film!

Although there's no way to confirm this - my guess is that Jerry Goldsmith envisioned that his Star Trek TNG movie ending credits theme could be blended seamlessly with the DS9 + Voyager musical themes. They all fit so nicely together! There's no way this is a mere coincidence!
