NIH grants peeps are working hard, on a Sunday night, trying to get our grants out to us as their world is in chaos. We owe them all a huge debt. Science peeps: be sure to send your grants personnel (grants management, POs and SROs) a note of encouragement and gratitude.

Today, along with 2,000 other NIH employees, I had to clear out my office ๐ญ It was truly the honor of my life to work with such incredibly passionate people focused on improving human health. Iโve never experienced a more positive culture where *everyone* cared about their job and serving others.

What is or isn't a "BCI"? We argue in Nature BME today that if the tech stimulates or records brain activity AND does computation, it's a BCI.
www.nature.com/articles/s41...
But we still need a way to discuss different types of BCI separately... ๐งต

Live demos are hard, letting anyone try out the demo is harder. Hardware makes all of this doubly so. Thank you to everyone who dropped by our posters, engaged in discussions, and tried out the surface EMG demo. We were humbled by the interest!
