With almost nothing to photograph this winter, I found a little reflection pool hide to rent last week and even managed to pick the only day it wasn't chucking it down with rain. The squirrels were friendly 🙂

It's all change here at the zoo. Firefox doesn't like my website any more, so I've moved everything over to Edge. I've also changed from Photoshop 2025 to 2026. Still checking that it's all working, but I'm hopeful. In the meantime, did somebody say that it's #Caturday ? Little Foxy in the sun 🙂

Autumn Relic

Yesterday, I went to a reflection pool with the camera and was gone for 6 hours. When I returned, there was a gift from Tarzan. He'd taken his favourite toy from the dining room, through the kitchen, hall and front room and into the study via a cat flap. He left the toy on top of my keyboard 😊

Sadness is a downpour—it arrives without asking, soaking through our defenses in seconds. Joy is a garden—it must be planted seed by seed, watered with intention, weeded of doubt, and fiercely guarded against the storms that would drown it.

Not to make light of any of this. Stuck in puffy mode.

So, the new Spyder arrived yesterday and we've spent hours trying to get it to work. Last night's profile gave terrible results, with images lacking in contrast, colour and with a green cast. Today is slightly better, but still not good. I've re-installed my original Spyder and will cross my fingers
