i know for a fact i read the amber brown books as a kid. why can i remember nothing about them.

i never thought id forget this stuff

im sure this stuff was very formative on my subconcious if only i could reach any of it.

there are more books that lurk on the outskirts of my brain like this. fragments remembered of sitting in the elementary school library reading things that i barely understood. one fragment about how a girl thinks middle school is cliquey, another of a guy hiding from the girls who ganged up on him

there was one that i think about a lot because i dont think i finished it but i also dont think i remember anything about it other than the fact that it was set in like middle school and there were girls threatening to put hexes on each other but not in like a "magic is real" way
