Something different this time, an N gauge kit for a BR Standard 4 of the 75000 series by Langley Models. A beautiful metal body, really well designed, both main body and tender, as well as all the parts for it. Just need to find a Black 5 chassis that runs to fix it in place, but first paint it.

We fought the ECW battle of Edgehill at the club tonight, in its entirety, in 2mm. We were play testing the Victory Without Quarter rules and I have to say we had a lot of fun. #Wargaming

Looking up how to make an #Empire Army for #Warmaster, but trying to find original models is hard and super expensive. And I've yet to see model lines that 3D print Warmaster recasts do Empire. So been looking at Pendraken for proxies. Anyone who does play Empire for Warmaster, what do you use?

I have a question for #warhamner40k players! When you have a plasma gun, do you always supercharge it, or not? Me, it's a house rule that if I have plasma guns on the table, they must be supercharged. Cause it's just funny when they blow up in ones face.

Don't know about everyone else, but I'm starting to get tired of the constant updated editions for Warhammer 40k; just getting super expensive, and pointless to get a codex that will just be outdated in 4 years and you have to buy a new one that's £40. It's hard to keep up.

Best thing about work where nobody else is in and with little to do; get to make some time for hobby! 12 Late Roman cavalry are now completed. Just another 12 of these, 24 Light Cavalry, and 8 Company Command groups, and the whole army will be built.

My Command Cards are now available to buy printed on Wargames Vault. They were delayed due to some being faulty, but after reordering, the new batch are much better. Use these to remember Orders from the rulebook, and set them next to your units when commanded.

In Age of Warlords, the main rulebook will introduce a section on Companies. Companies are groups of units joined together under the command of a Captain, joined with a Champion, Musician, and Standard Bearer. They can be of any number of infantry units, and a smaller number of cavalry units.

A beautiful day it now is 😁 6 boxes of late Roman plastic to make up. Just one issue, missing the Warlord I bought with them 🫤 I already contacted Gripping Beast and hopefully there will be a quick solution.

Been working on an A5 booklet version of the rules, as some people (myself) just prefer to have it in hand to read from than on a phone. But my god, Wargames Vault do not make it easy! If I had hair I'd want to pull it out.
