How do I make my nervous system more of a calm system?

Called lazy, a hypochondriac, whiny, etc as a child only to find out as an adult that I have hEDS and the fatigue, pain, etc all makes sense.

Honestly, I’m too tired to keep explaining myself. Just judge me 🤷‍♀️😂

My chronic illnesses actively harm me but are a minor inconvenience to others. Some people act as if this is reversed.
