Last year, the DOJ brought charges against the CEO of Fat Brands for a range of financial crimes totaling $47 million. During the 2024 election cycle, the CEO donated nearly $20k to Trump and Republicans. Today, the DOJ dropped the case against him. Funny how that works.

A legal permanent resident researching cures for Lyme disease has been detained by immigration officials for over a week. He has reportedly been denied access to an attorney and his family has not been given a reason for his detention. We cannot become immune to this cruelty.

Shame & embarrassment led Labour to stop sharing membership numbers back in February. At that point, membership stood at 309,000 (still quoted now), but the party was losing around 150 members every day. The trend suggests this has dropped by around 25,000 since then.
