I've been traveling for the past few weeks and haven't had a ton of time to play Mina the Hollower, but I DID just play for 5 straight hours on the plane home. It's awesome! Here are some thoughts after ~10 hours of play. Thanks to @yachtclubgames.bsky.social for the review code!

I like how this is still a real question being asked. I took my family of four to see the Mario Galaxy movie. 4 tickets at a non chain, local theater. The four of us shared a large lemonade and a medium popcorn. All said and done it was 94 bucks. We can't do that every weekend.

My thoughts on #SonicAdventure2 as featured on @caneandrinse.com. Still probably my fav 3d Sonic game. Is it the best... no, not by a long shot. Nostalgia factors heavily in my opinions since this was probably the last great (or descent) Dreamcast game I owned before moving to GameCube and PS2.

Oh, good. Like many of Ubisoft's successful projects such as Ubisoft Quartz, I'm sure their Gen AI game will be of the highest quality. Oh, also fuck that forever into the sun.

Impossible to avoid

The prolonged hopelessness and denial of any available options lead organically to some pretty dark conclusions. I understand their inherent irrationality, but how do you square that with a society that violently penalizes failure to participate in the market, even if you're desperately trying to?

I just want to work. I just want to work!! Even fake job listings are drying up again and I'm no less burnt out. I feel disgusting. I'll keep chasing work and I'll keep fighting for a place to stand, but until that day comes, unfortunately we still very much need your help. I'm so, so sorry.

I am just catching up on this week's shows and I have to say that @fameent2k.bsky.social was incredible. I loved the conversations between him and @grubb.wtf and genuinely felt great after listening. GB continuing banger content with banger guests. Great stuff.

Yeah, I dont understand that particular take but to each their own. Giving the best game in the franchise a completely modern face lift gives a new generation a modern way to experience it and uses sales to gauge whether a new one in the same engine is worth it. Makes sense to me.
