Venison burgers made. Venison mixed with roughly 20% pork fat, red onion, bacon, salt, pepper, ginger, mixed herbs. Me big dinner was gammon, two mucky eggs and fried cabbage with avacado 👍

Been teaching some of the boaters how to breakdown carcass' and prep them for eating. It's been a rewarding process and I get paid in whatever meat I like. Going to be making venison, red onion and smoked bacon burgers this week. Although my hand mincer has broken 😢

So today I am babysitting. We have watched the barbie movie with alot of bad singing. Ate ice cream and cheese n toast. Now we are watching the new Demon Slayer film.
