Taking the time to think about Trails, I always find it fascinating noticing the similarities between Zero and Daybreak 1 as Arc-Starters Of course there are differences, but the character work, position in the series, and group synergy is rather reminiscent of one another :3

I genuinely think it's incredibly tough to not include Nadia when discussing the most entertaining characters in Trails xD At first, I didn't really appreciate her character, but as time went on she became someone I always looked forward to seeing her whimsical self in Trails :)

Everytime I get the motivation to try and rank Trails characters again I get too tired midway 😭 Why? Well the reason is pretty obvious... THERES SO MANYYYYYYYYYYY it's also just knowing which to include and which to not xD

A bit of World-Building in Trails I've come to appreciate is noticing the differences in how each country travels from place to place, fleshing our their regions by showing and not telling Liberl, Crossbell, Erebonia, and Calvard! Just from travel alone tells us so much :)

When I remember my time with the Trails series, Rean Schwarzer will always come first to mind :) A strong part of his appeal that goes either way for people is the nature of his growth, but I believe it's one of the most beautiful depictions of humanity throughout the series 1/4

Cold Steel 1-2 Fie will always remain so memorable to me when I think of what hooked me in Trails :) The way they explore her loneliness, bitterness, and her eventual growth towards accepting family both past and present is such an emblematic part of what makes Trails so great

Creating a culture is a lot harder now that I think about it…

One of the greatest aspects that define Estelle's character in my opinion has to be how consistently strong her every appearance is, despite having her major development concluding fairly early on in the series She genuinely radiates Star Power through her Mature Sunshine :)
