Kimchi Ramen with Spam. Painted this awhile back to hang up in my kitchen but never got around to getting a frame for it....--Acryla gouache.

20 minute quick poses. I've been falling behind on these with how busy summer can get.

1 hour morning study. Starting working with Lane Browns pastel brushes and I really enjoy them.

Summer!!! Found an old sketch done with ink and pencil crayons.

Time lapse for my "Omen" painting. It started with a digital sketch that I ended up liking. From there I printed the digital sketch on watercolour paper and rendered it with liquid charcoal. After that I brought it back over to the computer and took it to finish.

Morning warm up. An attempt to make something more bright and graphic than I usually do in my portfolio pieces.

My goal for this illustration to try to make something that emulated a prop focused book cover. I was working on this piece during a time when I was watching Silent Hill F so of course I had to make something with a kitsune mask.

1 hour morning warm up. I was playing around with some different brushes and got some results I liked. Too bad I cant remember which brushes...

My poster illustration for Paris Citypop 2026 !

This piece was done during a time when I needed an experimentation break after focusing on portfolio development. The piece is actually done on two separate sheets. The drawing is on a matte Dur-lar and the gold design is overlaid on a clear sheet of Dura-lar. Graphite+acrlya gouache.

This one was in the works for quite some time. I intended it to be a flatter more graphic traditionally made piece but it just sort of morphed into this. I'm really happy with the end result.

Refined Sketch with colour mocks up + thumbnail for my kitsune mask illustration. I was watching way too much Silent Hill F when I was working on this one.

Sketchbook head studies

This was probably the easiest time I have ever had with the painting process. The planning and prep took time but everything went smoothly after that =) I have to say I'm pretty happy with how it all came together.

Refined drawing on Dura-lar with black graphite. I love drawing on this surfaces it sooo smooth~ -reference was from Grafit Studio

20 minute study. Her outfit made me feel nostalgic about so I had to draw her.

Process for my Rapunzel illustration that I did last year for Folio Book Illustration Award Contest.

I think this was my first acryla gouache painting. I haven't painted with them in awhile and this painting really makes me want to again.

Work in progress, Schmincke liquid charcoal on Watercolour paper. I love working with this stuff its so much fun and it gives me room to correct my mistakes.

1 hour portrait studies. I like to limit these to 1 hour because its so easy to get lost in wanting them to be perfect likeness. I tried to focus on skin tones and colour accuracy for these ones.

I've been playing a bit more with my morning warm up lately and doing some line work instead.

Portrait practice with liquid charcoal, and graphite. I'd like to use this as a base for an oil painting one day, we will see if I ever get around to doing it.

An illustration I had painted last year for Folio Book Illustration Award based on Rapunzel.

This one started off as a study and then it went off the rails. I started drawing it in Clipstudio but then moved over to PS, as I'm more comfortable working in it. Unfortunately lost the sketch recording which I had a feeling would happen.... #art #digitalart #illustration

I wanted to play around with art supplies but did not want to deal with the ideation process. I took an old study sketch and transferred it with acetone onto watercolour paper. I didn't have the reference so I had to make some guesses based just on the sketch-- Pastels, liquid charcoal, ink.
