My Mom and Dad have both had knee replacement in the last yr. My Dar had his at a private clinic, my Mom opted to go through OHIP . My Mom is having a horrible time. She had surgery last week. The physio she is getting is shit. She still can’t bend her knee to the degree she should be able to…..

Yesterday we watched the youth 17U boys, 18 U boys and 18 U girls finals (unfortunately my kid was not on one of the teams in the finals). Canada has some really great vball players coming up, and man the 17U boys were fantastic. Great super exciting volleyball.
