So with device-driver I've split up the toolkit quite a lot. Are there actually guidelines on what is an acceptable amount of splitting? They'll need to be published to crates.io It's currently split for each feature, like lexer, parser, common, diagnositcs, mir, codegen, runtime and some more.

Interesting post that mirrors some of my thoughts. I really don't know what to do with AI. I intensely dislike it when I have to deal with AI generated code. And that won't stop unless the tools become much much better. I'm skeptical of that happening anytime soon.

The real question is: Do I need to use MBI-A-I-LA-TZ-CBV-HK-EATZCB-ERS or MBI-A-I-LA-CBV-MD-IST-EACBM-EES for my chip? I know I don't need to use MBI-A-RT-LA-I-TZ-CBV-HK-KS-HM-CIV-EATZCBE-ERS-EHKSF, since we don't want to load to RAM.

Realisation moment: I started programming in 2013 with C#. At that point C# was 13 years old. Rust (since 1.0) is now 11 years old. That's just weird, surely that's not right. C# felt like a thing that had always been there. I wonder if new programmers feel that way about Rust now too
